I believe in lifelong learning and love nothing more than learning something new in the sphere of health, wellness and nutrition. These days, we live in a world where there is free and easy access to educational tools, articles, videos, and many other resources.
One of my favourite ways to learn about new wellness topics is by listening to podcasts. Everywhere you turn, you will find someone launching a new podcast. It’s become a very popular method for sharing information in all manner of fields, and this is certainly true of the health and wellness industry.
As our lives get ever busier, listening to a podcast is a great way to get away from the outside world for a while and learn a little something along the way. I often find myself driving, walking or cooking in my kitchen with a podcast keeping me company in the background. It’s amazing how accessible learning has become!
