Gluten-free Chapati Bread Flour Mix
Yields: 1 ¼ cup flour mix
Prep time: 5 minutes
½ cup chickpea flour
½ cup sorghum flour
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons arrowroot flour
¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients together in bowl. Transfer to glass airtight container or mason jar for storage in a dry cool place.
