Almond Chicken Fingers
Yields: 2 servings
Prep time: 12 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
¼ cup avocado oil
½ cup almond flour
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons dried parsley
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Add chicken and oil to a bowl and thoroughly cover chicken with oil.
- On a plate add remaining ingredients and thoroughly combine.
- Dip chicken pieces in almond flour mixture and roll until completely covered.
- Place chicken in a glass baking dish and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
